The innovative Road Edge Pave solution offers a reliable method to secure roadside edges quickly, cleanly, and safely. Utilizing modern materials and techniques, our system allows for rapid installation. The lightweight special elements can be installed by a single person. Thanks to the large chambers, functioning like a grass grid, they can be filled and greened, minimizing traffic disruptions and reducing environmental impact. Our approach also ensures long-lasting durability, reducing maintenance needs and enhancing road safety.
The long connection elements ensure the flexible use of edge restriction elements and are built to guarantee a durable and stable anchoring of the system. Due to the extended length, Road Edge Pave can be laid seamlessly not only on straight sections but also with a laying radius of up to 9.5 m. The thickness of up to 2 cm and the integrated locking system stabilize two connected plates in all directions (laterally, vertically, and longitudinally), ensuring a permanent connection even under challenging conditions.
With nine stable 30 mm high ground crosses, Road Edge Pave is securely anchored in the ground. These ground crosses provide a solid foundation for the system, designed to ensure constant high stability even under changing weather conditions and heavy traffic loads. Thanks to the properties of HDPE material, they distribute the load evenly, preventing subsidence or slipping of the roadside. This contributes significantly to the durability and reliability of Road Edge Pave, ensuring continuous safety for all road users.

The roadside shoulders are to be stabilized with water-permeable, high-load paving slabs featuring an open-pore structure and permanent infiltration capability. The slabs must be 400 mm wide, made of PE-HD, and equipped with a flexible connection system. Required features include spring elements for length compensation and ground cross-elements of at least 30 mm in height for slip resistance. The slabs must be seamlessly installable in a radius of at least 9.5 meters and capable of supporting heavy truck traffic up to 40 tons. They must be resistant to de-icing salt, oil, and fuels (chemically resistant), shatterproof, and without signs of degradation. Color: black/anthracite.

The flexible structure of our system allows for easy, seamless installation along the entire route, both in straight and curved sections, without requiring additional elements. This creates a uniform and aesthetically pleasing roadside boundary while keeping planning efforts low.
The framework structure and the bar width of 3 mm (internal) and 6 mm (external) reduce shear forces quickly and distribute the load over as large an area as possible. Since our system is specifically designed for roadside edge stabilization, it has been tested for this purpose and can withstand a load of 3100 kN/m² with proper foundation, making it suitable for truck traffic and able to easily handle daily road stress.
The special Road Edge Pave element can be used excellently like a grass grid. The generously sized chambers offer enough space to be filled with soil, creating an optimal base for greening with grass. This results in a natural-looking yet load-bearing surface that is both visually appealing and functional.
