Thanks to lightweight PE-HD elements, installation along the asphalt edge can be carried out by a single person. The large chambers act like a grass grid and can be filled and greened. Flexible connection with long connector elements
The long connector elements ensure flexible use and a durable, stable connection. Road Edge Pave can be installed seamlessly not only on straight sections but continuously from straight to a laying radius of 9.5 m. The up to 2 cm thickness and the integrated locking system stabilize two adjacent plates laterally, vertically and longitudinally – even under demanding conditions.
Securely anchored in the ground
With nine sturdy, 30 mm high ground crosses, Road Edge Pave is firmly anchored. The PE-HD material distributes loads evenly and prevents subsidence or shifting – ensuring lasting stability and safety for all road users.

Tested framework structure
The framework and the 3 mm (internal) / 6 mm (external) bar width reduce shear forces quickly and distribute loads across a large area. Specifically developed for road shoulders, the system is tested for this use and withstands 3100 kN/m² with proper subbase – suitable for truck traffic.
Greenable like a grass grid
The large chambers can be filled with soil and greened, creating a natural-looking but load-bearing surface. The design promotes drainage while maintaining high stability to prevent standing water – a robust, sustainable solution that also reduces sealed surfaces.

Stabilization of road shoulders
Supply and install a shoulder stabilization system made of pure PE-HD with open-pore framework structure for uniform load distribution and permanent infiltration; element size approx. 800 × 400 mm, height 50 mm plus 30 mm ground anchors; locking connector system with length compensation consisting of T-connectors and integrated stabilizers for seamless installation from straight to at least 9.5 m laying radius; at least 9 ground crosses per element; load capacity 3100 kN/m² with proper subbase; resistant to de-icing salt, oil and fuels; colour black.
Subbase/installation: Provide a level, load-bearing subgrade adequate for the intended traffic loads. Installation, fixing and tie-ins according to manufacturer’s instructions. Backfill with crushed mineral aggregate 0/16 or 0/22 mm. Execution complete including all incidental works.
